Give a copy of this permit to your septic installer (e.g., First Response Septic Service) before installation begins.
⚠️ Step 6: Inspection After Installation
After your septic system is installed, contact the Environmental Health Department again to schedule the final inspection.
Once approved, you’ll receive an Operation Permit, allowing the system to be used.
